Very good infrastructure: -) supermarket -) main train station ("Hauptbahnhof") -) metro Station U1 is verly close (to Stephansplatz) -) tram line (to Westbahnhof) -) bus line (to Neubaugasse) -) gym (FitInn) No additional costs. The internet is included as well. You have in the apartment: -) dish washer -) two freezers/fridges -) washing machine -) kitchen material for cooking Feel free to contact me. I live in the apartment as well and you will share with me the apartment. This room (12qm) is avaialbe from 1st December 2024. In the same apartment, the 2nd room is availabe from 1st of January 2025. When you need the large room please text me. Or when you know a friend for moving in with you together. It's a sharted apartment (in total 3 person). Currently, two rooms are free for renting. I am currently learning Spanish.
