Lovely Private Room in a Flat-Sharing Community of Young Students and Interners between the age of 20-30. TIME: The room is avaiblable from now on and can be rented on a long-term or unlimited period of time. ROOM: Cosy room with around 22m2 and endowd with a cosy bed, couch, table, and wardrobe. FLAT: The flat is 190 m2 and has a new kitchen, two new showers and two toilets. It's based at groundfloor with seven rooms which will make it easy to find friends and to explore the the beautiful City. LOCATION: Theresiengasse is a dream location for students or exchange students of the Medical University of Vienna, BOKO, FH Wien, and the AKH due to its short walking distance. Public Transport: Exellent connections to the U6 Michelbeuern-AKH (Metro) due to 2 min working distance and othermain tram lines to easily get around the city and attractions. SHOPPING: Martinstraße is just 5 min close and offers all grocery stores like Billa, Hofer, Bipa, Dens. In the itself AKH is also a Spar which is open from Monday-Sunday. Perfect if you miss something. POOL: There is also an indoor swimming pool "Jörgerbad" closely located to the flat which is based at Jörgerstraße 42-44 which offers great opportunites to relax and to do some swimming. GYM: On the opposite site of the flat is a gym called FIVE - Progressive Fitness which will save you time and keep you in a good shape during your stay. CLEAINING: Every week my cleaning lady Jasna is going to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, and corridors to make sure that the flat is in a clean and sober condition. WASHING: There is a new Miele washing machine which requires 2.50€ per run. The money will be used for the cleaning lady. CHECK-IN, KEYS & Deposit: When you check-in and have paid the deposit of 1.500€, you will be passed the keys. REQUESTS: 1. What are you doing? Student, interner, engineer etc 2. Nearby, you will find several bus stops such as Brünnlbadgasse and Kutschkergasse, allowing for easy transportation around the city. Additionally, the Alser Straße and Michelbeuern AKH subway stations are within short distance, providing excellent connections to the rest of Vienna. For shopping needs, Martinstrae is just 5 minutes away and offers a wide selection of grocery stores such as Billa, Hofer, Bipa, and Dens. Moreover, within AKH, there is also a Spar supermarket open from Monday to Sunday, perfect for any last-minute necessities. If you are interested in staying active and fit, right in front of the house is a gym called FIVE - Progressive Fitness, where you can work out and stay in shape during your stay. For relaxation and swimming, there is an indoor pool called "Jägerbad" nearby, located at Jägerstrae 42-44, offering excellent opportunities to unwind and enjoy some aquatic sports. Every week, Jasna, our cleaning lady, will take care of cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, and hallways to ensure that the apartment is always clean and tidy. Furthermore, the apartment features a brand new Miele washing machine, which requires a contribution of €2.50 for every use. The collected money will be used to pay for the cleaning service. Not only does the location of this house offer convenience and comfort, but it is also very suitable for students or Erasmus students, as it is within short distance from the Medical University of Vienna, BOKU, FH Wien, and the AKH.
