Hello! I'm Laura. I would like to sublet my 15.76 m2 room for the summer (specifically from June 22nd to mid-September). The room has a nicely placed desk with a beautiful view, a queen-sized bed (I can provide sheets and pillows other than my own), drawers, and a closet for your things! Of course my stuff will be gone, except for the posters on the walls. Location The apartment is located in the 2nd district, just 6 minutes from the U1, 3 minutes from the 11A/B buses, and 8-15 minutes from the O, D, and 5 trams. We have markets like Billa, Penny Markt, and Hofer just 3 minutes away, as well as a pharmacy 4 minutes away. The bridge to the Donauinsel is just a 5-minute walk away; there you can swim, run, cycle, or walk :) We are also only 15-20 minutes from the city center. Overall it is a quiet area with many young families and many parks nearby. My roommate: I live with Radu. He is 22 years old and works and studies at the University of Vienna. He usually works or is at school all day and likes to come home to relax and cook dinner. On weekends he is usually home and likes to relax in his room as I usually take over the couch. We are a team, we respect each other's space as well as the common areas, which we try to keep clean and tidy. He is very friendly but also likes to have his own space and time for himself at home. Of the two of us, he is also the German speaker in the apartment! Other Our building is newer, so it has an elevator and is well insulated. There is also a bicycle garage if needed. There is a deposit of 100EUR, that you will get back at the end of your stay. Thanks for reading! I look forward to meeting you :)
