Our house is a residential complex designed by the renowned star architect Zaha Hadid (1950–2016) on Spittelauer Lände in Alsergrund.
Our project is located in the middle of Vienna's new hotspot, right on the hip Danube Canal. Numerous sports and leisure opportunities, such as the running and cycling path along the Danube Canal, the Freeletics Park on the Rossauer Lände, and numerous beach bars and clubs that invite you to dance, create a varied balance.
