I am renting out a room and am potentially looking for a longer term flatmate (longer term stays depend on compatability etc). for my (rented) beautiful 5 room 140m2 appartment in an antique building in the 6th district close to public transport, restaurants, clubs and shopping. From February - end of March there is one more femal flatmate 822yrs) beginning to study in Vienna. However, I am on duty travel a lot (gone most of Feb and potentially twice in March) and the place is huge. More pics on demand. Your bedroom is 35m2 (there is two rooms to choose from actually) and furnished with a bed, desk, nightstand, bookshelf and clothes rack. Everything you need is there including bedlinnen, blankets, towels, fully equipped kitchen etc. There is a large lounge and spacious dining room, bathroom with bathtub, separate WC and much more. You literally just need to move in with your suitcase :) There is also a guest room. Just pm me for more details and arrangements.
