The room comprises comfortable single bed with mattress, big closet, cupboard, Table, curtain, chair, Mirror, side table, rugs, table lamp and also your own individual fridge lock your room. Open kitchen has cooking induction stoves, 2 microwaves, Toaster, water heater and some utensils as well. Utility bill - 250 per month in total paid separately . There is washing machine as well. Flat is silent type and very safe. The other tenants are students/Young professionals and are friendly, nice and mostly busy in their schedules. So good vibes and harmony is appreciated. The flat has 1 bathroom one with shower and a WC and with guest toilet. The flat is very well located and bus service just 2 mins walk or a within 10 mins walk to S / U Bahn Spandau.. CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
