The apartment is well-equipped with every comfort, making it the perfect place to feel at home. 📍 The apartment is located in a convenient area, close to the University, the historic center, and Central Station. You’ll find everything you need nearby, including banks, supermarkets, a shopping center, Virgin Gym, and public transportation options. The apartment is also easily accessible from the Ring Road exit 9, motorways, and the city center. 📝 Please Note: Bed linen is not provided. You will have at your disposal an apartment manager to assist you in case there is an issue. Extra cleaning service will be provided. A deposit is requested either at check-in in cash or 3 WORKING days before the move-in date. In the latter case, in order to keep your reservation and not lose the first month's rent, you will need to show the advertiser a receipt of the bank transfer within 3 working days from the move-in date. After completing the booking, the tenant will sign a contract that legally outlines the rights and obligations of both parties.
