Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this is respected; a cleaning lady will come once a week to clean all the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, stairs, garden). The cost is €15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment if she takes more than one hour because of damages or because the apartment is really dirty.
