The spacious Apartment of 110 sqm, is located very centric in the historic Realejo of Granada, a very international and bohemian quarter. This in walk distance to all spots of interest. The Centro de Lenguas Modernas/UGR and the ETS of Architecture/UGR around the corner. The room has a desktop with an office chair, a wardrobe, a lounge chair, a 150 x 200m bed with nightstand . The historic flat is reformed, the kitchen and the two bathrooms are like new and well equipped. Bathrooms, living room and kitchen are shared spaces. You will share with two other students or professionals.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
