This means that all charges for electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, waste collection, furniture, and decoration are included in your rent. No hidden or extra monthly costs will be charged! 💰Payment Summary Monthly Rent: €650 for a 1-bed space in a single room. Deposit: €1,300 (equivalent to 2 months' rent). One-Time Fees: €150: Service fee (includes laundry voucher for 1 wash, bed linen rental, and final cleaning). €36: Rental contract registration fee. €2: Tax stamp fee. Total First Payment: €2,138 (Breakdown: €650 first month’s rent + €1,300 deposit + €150 service fee + €36 contract registration + €2 tax stamp) After this, rent payments of €650 per month are due on the 1st of each month for the next 5 months. 🚇 THE LOCATION📍 This area of Milan is well-connected by public transport, including the M3 metro line, tram lines 12, 19, and 5, and buses 82, 90, and 92. The nearest train station is Milano Bovisa-Politecnico, just a 7-minute walk away​. The neighborhood is vibrant, especially around the Politecnico di Milano's Bovisa campus, with numerous student bars, affordable restaurants, and a flea market every Sunday in Piazza Emilio Alfieri​. 🧹 Cleaning info The tenants are expected to clean their rooms and shared areas themselves. However, an extra paid cleaning lady for cleaning the toilets and the apartment can be arranged upon request.
