Check out cleaning - 60 euros Important information: Not a typical shared apartment, you normally live with a modern, relaxed, business-oriented mom of a 7.5 year old boy my son and I are in from 8:40 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the evening usually out of the house during the week. That's why I'm looking for someone who will share the now really high rent with us for a while! Tenants are welcome who would like to live directly by the sea with the sound of the sea for a certain period of time, with a pool and a sandy beach in front of the door -! I can find a solution for everyone who wants to stay in Mallorca for a while, be it for an internship, spontaneous holiday lover or someone who might want to stay for a while ;)

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
