These must be provided during the booking process on the platform. 💰 Additional Fees & Payment Process Once your booking is confirmed, the following payments must be made within 7 days: • Administrative fee: This is paid via a payment request on the platform and covers business-related costs. • Standard management fee : Paid at check-in (cash or bank transfer). It covers: • Assisted check-in and key handover • Contract registration and administration • Tenant support during the stay • Assisted check-out (This is a separate cost from any HousingAnywhere fees.) • Advance payment for July/August (if applicable): If the rental period extends until July or August, one of these months must be paid in advance via the platform. • Security deposit: To be paid on the platform before check-in. 📜 Important Policies • August rent is non-refundable in case of early check-out. • A valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) must be obtained and submitted as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation. • No bed linens, blankets, pillows, or towels are provided in the apartment. • The apartment is rented as shown in the photos/videos, and furniture cannot be replaced or rearranged. • Utility bills (if not included) depend on actual consumption and will be sent directly to the apartment. • We apply a monthly contract system: rent must always be paid in full, regardless of move-in/out dates.
