È composto da un comodo ingresso che funge anche da zona studio/pranzo, una cucina, un bagno con doccia ed un bagno con lavatrice, 2 suite singole con letto alla francese. L'appartamento è ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre agli studenti. Dotato di Wi-Fi e di cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori base. PERIODI: da Set a Feb O da Mar ad Ago O da Set ad Ago. PAGAMENTI: Come conferma della prenotazione è dovuto il primo mese + la Admin Fee Il restante importo verrà corrisposto in 4 rate trimestrali per periodi di locazione di almeno 10 mesi o in 2 rate trimestrali negli altri casi.
