PLEASE NOTE that the check-in/out hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17.30. If you want to check-in/out outside working hour or during the weekends, there will be an extra cost of 100 euros. There are the following additional costs 70 euros for bills to be paid per person monthly and 13 percent of the Booking Value to be paid one time upon arrival the Booking Value is the sum of the monthly rents without including the bills. The final cleaning amount is 100 euros for shared and private rooms, 200 euros for the apartments. N.B In case of bookings shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40, in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
