This residence offers stunning student studio accommodation in Glasgow. Youll be in a prime location close to university and when lectures are done for the day, you can enjoy the peace and freedom of independent living in your own fully-equipped studio flat with self-contained kitchen and bathroom. Study independently or with friends in our social communal lounge and outdoor courtyard, for exclusive use by our residents. The property also had an exciting social space upgrade in Spring 2022, which includes an additional facility of an on-site gym for full 24/7 access for our residents.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
