Bright, exclusive and furnished 4-room apartment in a modern new building complex in the Europaviertel. The apartment offers everything you could wish for, with approximately 110 m2 of living space. This is the second rental since its construction in 2020, and the apartment is in excellent condition. The photos are from 2020, and some updates have been made to the furnishings since then. In total, the apartment offers five beds: one double bed in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second room, and another bed (bunk bed) in the third room.
The elevator takes you to the 4th floor, where you enter a spacious entrance and hallway area. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room, adjoining an open kitchen and a loggia. The balcony, which faces the inner courtyard, is accessible through one of the bedrooms, which could alternatively be used as a living room or office. Fast internet is installed and available. A particular highlight is the skyline view over the city.
