Well connected to public transport, with several bus and metro stops (“Colón Metro Station” and “Alameda Metro Station”) within walking distance, this makes it easy to get around Valencia and explore the city's many attractions.
The room has HD TV, high-speed WiFi internet connection, and air conditioning (hot and cold) inside. In addition to a large closet, desk and study chair.
The house has 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower. It has a common area with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob and washing machine. Too has a sofa, dining table and chairs.
The neighborhood around Gobernador Viejo Street is a QUIET and SAFE AREA, with a young atmosphere, surrounded by shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
