It is located right in the heart of Athens, at the area of Neos Kosmos. It is very well connected, pretty much to everything, as there are metro, tram and bus stations in walking distance. Attractions such as Acropolis is 2 metro stations away, while Monastiraki is 4 metro stations.
Being on the first floor of a two-story authentic Athenian building, our home is quiet, so it is perfect for guests who wish to work from distance, Erasmus students or families who visit Athens for a longer period.
It is basically plug-and-play! It is fully furnished, it has a spacious hall, two independent bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, fully-equipped kitchen, two balconies and a private back terrace.
Price includes all amenities and utilities, water & wifi bills (electricity is excluded).
It has been our family home for many generations and we offer it with love and care to our tenants.

This is an amazing 4th floor apartment, next to Victoria Square, in the center of Athens and only 5 minutes away from Agios Georgios Square, a popular hang out spot. Being close to public transport stations (metro, buses, railway) but within walking distance of a variety of historical landmarks and must-see sites in the city, it offers an ideal accommodation for families and groups of travelers. Bringing guests to spend the night is strictly forbidden, however, the room has the possibility to accomodate more people, if you wish to invite someone you have to first communicate with us and agree to an additional cost.
The studio is pretty close to other apartments of ours, so, if you have friends or guests coming over, let them know there’s place for everyone!
Charming and colorful neighborhood in the heart of Athens. Patision Street is one of the streets that were laid out in such a way that as you move towards the historical center you always have the Parthenon in your field of vision! It is the road where all public transport runs to and from the historic center with many shops! Directly opposite Patision Street begins the neighborhood of Kypseli.
"Kypseli" in Greek means beehive and the reasons for its name can easily be justified through a short walk through its colorful and charming streets, inhabited by people from countries and nationalities from all over the world. Multicultural and bohemian in its own special way, Kypseli is a wonderful area to explore, with a variety of cafes, restaurants and cultural meeting points. The University of Economics is very close for students, the Pedion A(hidden) Park near the apartment and the pedestrian street of Fokionos Negri are also great options for your morning walks or even workouts - in case you are the active type!
The terrace of the apartment building where I live (15 minute walk from the apartment) is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks.
Access to the apartment: You have access to all the rooms of the apartment.
Communication with guests: We are more than happy to stay in touch with our guests and ease their stay in any way possible. As we also live in the center of Athens, pretty close to the apartment, we are always eager to help regarding any issue that might occur during their stay in the apartment.

It conveniently located at Exarchia district , just a 5-minute walk (450 meters) from the Panepistimio metro stop, with shops, banks and restaurants within 2 minutes walking, . The apartment was fully renovated in August 2023 and features modern furnishings and appliances.
