At the rear two well-sized bedrooms and the modern kitchen, all of which provide access to the lovely sunny balcony (south). The kitchen is equipped with all conceivable built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, a 5-burner gas stove, convection oven, stainless steel extractor hood and a fridge/freezer combination. At the front the living room with space for a dining area and a sitting area.
