Delightful furnished studio apartment in the Bruzzano area of Milan. Upon entering, you find yourself in the cozy living room furnished with a double sofa bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, and a small work area. Before booking:
There are requirements and necessary documentation to book one of our apartments. If you do not have these requirements and documentation, do not proceed with the booking request to avoid it not being considered and consequently not accepted.
After booking confirmation:
Within 7 days, you must provide information and documents for all arriving people, including minors. The documents must indicate the real and valid reasons for staying in Italy (study, work, or other valid reasons; residents in the same municipality of destination for transitory reasons are not accepted).
For reservations with arrival within the next 7 days or in the 24/48 hours following the booking confirmation, you must immediately send all the required documentation and proceed with the missed payments (Security Deposit, Utilities, administrative costs), otherwise the property will proceed with the immediate cancellation of the reservation and will withhold the payment of the first month's rent paid to the portal without any refund.
For future arrivals with an arrival date later than 7 days after the booking date, please send all the required documentation at least within 7 days following the booking, otherwise the property will proceed with the immediate cancellation of the booking and will withhold the payment of the first monthly rent paid to the portal without any refund.
Requested documents:
1. Passport, identity card for European citizens (residence permits are not accepted as identity documents, they must always be accompanied by a passport or ID card).

Documents other than those indicated above will not be taken into consideration, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

It is not possible to send lease contracts if all due fees have not been paid beforehand. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:
The delivery of the keys will take place directly at the apartment, previously organized with our employees, between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Saturday. It will be the tenant's responsibility to contact the agency as soon as possible to establish the time. Customer service hours are from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00. Saturday and Sunday, we are not operational.
For check-in requests outside our opening hours, a written request must be made in advance, and it will be evaluated based on availability, with an extra cost of 50 euros.
Check-in and check-out are not accepted on Sundays, national, or local public holidays. If you book on one of these days, the check-in will be postponed to the first available working date.
