The one-time administration fee (different from the booking fee of the platform) is NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation by the tenant. The fee covers different activities done before your arrival, at your arrival, and during your stay. These activities are:
- Maintenance before arrival
- Drafting the contract

- Keys at hand at check in

Si accettano solo studenti e lavoratori con documenti certificati di lavoro o studio a Roma da presentare nella fase di comunicazione in piattaforma. Procedimento dopo il booking:
- Il pagamento della tassa amministrativa dovrà essere effettuata tramite richiesta di pagamento in piattaforma. Questo costo copre tutti i costi relativi alla gestione aziendale per i nostri clienti.
- Il costo standard di 500 euro (sotto la voce altri), è la cosidetta tassa gestore, che copre diversi costi che insorgono prima dell’arrivo e dopo il check out: check in assistito in persona, chiavi in mano al check in, costi di registrazione del contratto e amministrazione del contratto alle autorità, assistenza durante la permanenza, check out assistito. - Se si prenota fino a Luglio o Agosto, questi uno dei mesi deve essere pagato in anticipo in piattaforma tramite richiesta di pagamento.
- Il deposito, la tassa amministrativa ed il mese di Agosto/Luglio (se applicabile) devono essere pagati tramite pagamento in piattaforma entro 7 giorni dalla conferma della prenotazione. Penale, cancellazione del booking.
- Il mese di Agosto non è rimborsabile in caso di check out anticipato.
- Il codice fiscale deve essere richiesto e presentato il prima possibile, penale cancellazione della prenotazione. Le informazioni su come ottenere il codice fiscale verranno date insieme al contratto.Altre informazioni:
- Non vengono fornite lenzuola, coperte, piumoni, cuscini e asciugamani negli appartamenti.
- Si informa che gli appartamenti sono come presentati in foto o video, non è possibile cambiare l'arredamento e nemmeno la sua disposizione.
- Quando le bollette sono escluse, il loro costo dipende dal consumo che ne farete e la bolletta con il prezzo finale verrà inviata all'appartamento.
