Monolocale indipendente in appartamento composto da 2 monolocali, entrata principale dell'appartamento condivisa con l'altro monolocale.
Monolocale con angolo cucina e bagno in camera privato e doccia ampia.
Nella camera c'è una porta finestra e un piccolo angolo cottura con frigo, microonde e lavatrice.
La camera ha la porta con chiave di sicurezza ed è organizzata con 1 tavolo e 2 sedie per pranzo, scrivania, piccolo divano , armadio con specchio, armadietto porta oggetti, letto 140x200 con contenitore e altri accessori.
Camera di 18 mq circa incluso bagno, perfetta per 1 persona non adatta e non si accettano 2 persone .
Nello stesso appartamento c'è un' altra camera simile con stessa superficie e vi abita già un ragazzo da lungo tempo, in comune c’è solo ingresso e porta blindata di sicurezza oltre agli impianti idraulici, elettrici e di riscaldamento, il router wifi e il citofono. I costi delle utenze sono in comune al 50% ( luce, acqua, gas, internet, tassa rifiuti, spese condominio) e sono di circa 150 euro al mese mediamente per ogni camera, DA PAGARE IN ANTICIPO OGNI INIZIO MESE insieme all affitto .
Le spese e le utenze sono riferite a consumi normali e medi per una persona, mentre per le differenze dei costi di energia saranno calcolate a parte con conguaglio sulle bollette.
Affittasi a coppia (preferibilmente) o amici comodo appartamento in zona stadio Firenze, posizione ben collegata con autobus, vicinissima supermercati, benzinai, servizi essenziali.

Si accede all'appartamento scendendo le scale del condominio è quindi nel seminterrato, all'inizio dell'appartamento si trova un bagno con doccia, sanitari compreso bidè, non finestrato.
Proseguendo nel corridoio la camera da letto con 2 letti singoli, forniamo materasso. Biancheria e coperte a richiesta con supplemento. Presente in camera armadio +armadio a muro
Il soggiorno è dotato di divano letto matrimoniale 145x90, tavolo da pranzo e tv.
In caso venga richiesto può essere adibito a camera spostando uno dei letti singoli ed applicando un divisorio in stoffa (separé) .. NB nelle foto sul presente sito sono visionabili entrambe le versioni del salotto, sia come appunto sala tv sia che come camera da letto per far capire bene gli spazi

Cucina completamente attrezzata con lavatrice ( no lavastoviglie) fornetto elettrico, e frigorifero. Sono forniti accessori essenziali, stoviglie pentole ecc

Giardino privato con tavolo e sedie da esterno, ed accesso ad uno sgabuzzino molto spazioso per conservare valigie, strumenti musicali ecc che non si usano tutti i giorni, per poter sfruttare al meglio ogni spazio della casa. In giardino è presente uno spazio coperto per stendere i panni
Costo delle utenze STIMATO, 200euero fino a conguaglio finale, se si è consumato di più viene chiesto il saldo, se si è consumato di meno la differenza viene restituita
Biancheria da letto e bagno NON INCLUSA- è possibile richiederla con un pagamento extra ( 2 set lenzuola singole e 2 set asciugamani 50€)
Al check out l'appartamento deve essere riconsegnato in buono stato e pulito altrimenti sarà richiesto un supplemento di 250 € per le pulizie e addebitati i danni
