With us, the rent you pay is an all-inclusive rent. No headaches, no subsequent payments or hidden costs. Everything is included: electricity, very fast 100 Mbit/s internet, water, heating and washing machine costs. You also don’t have to worry about any administrative TO DOs like city registration for example. We will take care of everything. Moreover, we offer a 24/7 Community Member Service for any issue that may arise, may it be a simple restaurant recommendation, city bureaucracy questions or any form of personal emergency.

The room is one of three bedrooms in the apartment. The room is equipped with a box-spring bed, fine bedding, a bedside table, a large closet, a large mirror, chest of drawers, a working desk and a corresponding chair. In addition to your own room, you and your roommates share a large corridor hall, a bathroom and a spacious luxurious living kitchen (with a seating corner) with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. The kitchen is fully fitted with a big refrigerator, a freezer, a stove, and a microwave. Moreover, the bathroom has a big shower and a mirror sink. Furthermore, you and your roommate have access to a washing machine and a dryer. As a further matter, the building is equipped with a modern elevator.

The room is located in a beautiful modern building with an elevator in the middle of the exclusive Frankfurt district Westend North! Ideal for interns and young professionals, it takes only 2 minutes by foot to Goethe University or Reuterweg. The Grüneburgweg metro station is just a minute walk away. Before a booking is confirmed from our side we will need a picture of a valid photo ID, a picture of a valid Visa for entry into Germany and a picture / upload of the “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung / student registration”
For rental contracts of less than 6 months, the currently valid VAT of 7% will be added to the normal rental price. This will increase the rental price.
