St.Georg ist ein lebendig Viertel. Umgeben von zahlreichen Bars, Cafes, Läden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung befindet sich mittig der Langereihe. Du erreichst in einer Minuten eine Bushaltestelle und in fünf Minuten zu Fuß den Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer liegt nach hinten raus und ist entsprechend ruhig.
Die Wohnung wird zwei mal im Monat geputzt, das Treppenhaus wöchentlich.
Ich bin ein netter, offener Typ 22 Jahre alt ich arbeite tagsüber in einem Restaurant und abends bin ich beim Sport. Am Wochenende auch gerne mal mit Freunden unterwegs.

Those at home in the pretty Eppendorf village can count themselves lucky: lots of water, green, representative architecture, and urban quality of life. Chic boutiques, but also small grocery stores supply the residents with luxury goods or everyday needs. Every year at the beginning of June, the Eppendorf Landstrasse Festival takes place there, a lively street party with live stages, a flea market, and lots of food spots.
We - a newly married couple with the crazy idea of going on a world tour - are looking for reliable subtenants for our fully furnished duplex apartment. The sublease period is from 01.09.2024 to 31.08.2025. The apartment is a light-filled, modern dwelling with Velux windows, added to an existing old building just 14 years ago. It offers the charm of an old building with high ceilings combined with the comforts of a modern bathroom and good insulation. On the lower level, the apartment features a separate guest toilet, a kitchen with a small dining table, and all necessary kitchen appliances for daily use. From the entrance hallway with a wardrobe, you can access the large living room with a small balcony (approx. 5m2) facing southwest (with a view of the Alster). Here, you'll find a tastefully furnished living area with a TV and a large dining table, perfect for hosting lovely wine evenings with friends. The straight staircase leads to the gallery, where a modern workspace awaits you. The visually stunning "beams" provide an incredible old-building charm throughout the upper floor. From the gallery, you can access three additional rooms: The large bathroom with probably the most beautiful bathtub in Hamburg, a shower, and a modern sink. The bedroom facing the inner courtyard with a large mirror, an open wardrobe, and a 1.40m wide bed. Another office/workroom featuring a small apothecary cabinet, a small bookshelf, a sofa bed, and another workspace. A large attic, accessible via a small ladder from the gallery, provides ample storage space. Included in the price:
