The apartment lies just across the river on the southside of Rotterdam. It wil only cost you 20min with public transport to the University and to the city center. You will find the supermarket 2 min away, Big supermarkets, restaurants, bank/ATM and other stores within 300meters. 5km to Erasmus University (Woudestijn), City center 5km.

Very nice 13m2 room in a nice 4 bedroom house near metrostation Slotlaan Capelle aan Den IJssel. The house recently been renovated. There is a balcony with an amazing view.
The house is located in a calm area with lots of parking places for bikes and free parking for cars. Shopping center Capelle Center is within a 8 minute walking distance with many supermarket en stores.
Erasmus University is 15 minutes by bike or 5 minutes with metro. Rotterdam center is 11 minutes by metro.
Additional notice. The furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but the quality will always be proportional to the furniture in the photos.
Internet and municipality taxes are included in the price. Energiecost are variable the cost are dependent on the use of the household. The prices on housinganywhere excluded eneregiecost and the landlord can only give an estimation. Dependent on the use these prices range from €20 - € 50 per month per person. The apartment has four rooms in total so you’ll have to share the facilities with three other international students or young expats. The house is equipped with a renovated kitchen including: pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, microwave oven, water cooker, washing machine, dishwasher etc. There’s a balcony that can be used by all tenants at the back side of the apartment.
With public transport (tram stop in front of the door) it’ll take you 12 minutes to get to Erasmus University and 10 minutes to get to the center of Rotterdam. With the bike it’s only 1,5KM to Erasmus or city center.
The room is equipped with a double bed (140x200)), desk, chair and a built-in closet. The room is about 17m2 and located at the front side of the house.
This room will have to be rented until the end of December 2022 or the 31st of January 2023 without the possibility to end it in between (it can only be ended if tenant and landlord come to an agreement which usually means you can leave once I have found a suitable replacement and a fee of 50EUR per month short on the initial ending date of the contract is paid). An extension can be made until the end of July or August after you've lived at the apartment for a little while and are happy there.
A mandatory administration fee of 250EUR has to be paid when you move in.
