We offer a ‘ready-to-move-in’ room

, providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area.

Contract conditions: The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 60€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be divided among all tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: the cost of the cleaning is divided between the tenants, 4 cleanings per month will be paid by the tenants in equal parts (each cleaning is 24 € WEEKLY). There is also an administrative fee of €80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In. For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team.
