Die Wohnung hat ein großes abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und ein sehr großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Essküche, die zu gemütlichen Kochabenden einlädt. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine befinden sich in der Wohnung.
Bügelbrett und - eisen, sowie Wäscheständer, Handtücher, Bettwäsche und alles was man noch so benötigt ist vorhanden.
Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist neben ihrer Großzügigkeit und Helligkeit die große Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten, der in Mitten des Stadttrubels wie eine ruhige Oase zu sein scheint.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Mühlbach in Untergiesing. Das Stadtviertel ist durch malerische kleine Häuser am Wasser geprägt. Man könnte fast meinen man ist in Venedig. In der Umgebung gibt es die Möglichkeit mit einem Bewohnerparkausweis problemlos einen Parkplatz zu finden.
Innerhalb von fünf Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die U2 (Kolumbusplatz) Richtung Messe und Feldmoching.
Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man per U-Bahn innerhalb von fünf Minuten ohne Umsteigen zu müssen.
Die Isar kann zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreicht werden und lädt zu Jogging Runden oder gemütlichen Spaziergängen in der Abendsonne ein. Das Glockenbachviertel befindet sich ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten entfernt und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt.
Die vielen kleinen Kneipen um die Mondstraße herum laden zu einem Absacken mit Feierabendbier ein. Durch die Nähe zum mittleren Ring ist die Lage und die Anbindung auch per Auto ideal.
