The flat is a 1 min walk to the tram ''Ujezd'' where there is a famous Petrin hill with a small copy of the Eiffel tower. The district, where the apartment is, is called Lesser Town and is full of amazing local shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafes & restaurants. There is also a direct connection to Prague Castle Complex, Wenceslas Square, and the Old Town area. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historical building.

It takes 30 minutes to get to your apartment from airport by taxi. We can organize a transfer from the airport directly to the apartment - our driver will meet you in the arrival zone, drive to your apartment and hand you in all needed maps and keys. If you need a transfer, please order it in advance. It takes 30 minutes to get to your apartment from airport by taxi.

It takes 3 min of walking to get to our office from the Main Train Station.
PARKING
If you come to Prague by car, you have 4 good parking options:
1) Booking a garage online. It's cheaper than street parking in Prague 1. Search for mrparkit, they have best prices in Prague. They vary 11-25€/day.
2) Parking on the WHITE lines on the street (so-called violet zones). For Prague 1 the price is about 25 €/day and you could pay max for 16 hours (1,5 €/hr 8:00-24:00, from 24:00 to 8:00 parking is free). For Prague 2,3 the price is 1,2-1,3 €/hr and the parking is usually free on weekends and nights (free from 18:00/20:00 till 8:00). Parking in Prague 2 and Prague 3 is indicated in our colored map of Prague, which you will receive upon arrival.

3) "Park and Ride" away from the city center - guarded parking near subway stations. Prices are 5-6€.

Getting There:
AIRPORT
It takes 30 minutes to get to your apartment from airport by taxi. We can organize a transfer from the airport directly to the apartment - our driver will meet you in the arrival zone, drive to your apartment and hand you in all needed maps and keys. We are also always glad to see you at our office at the address U Pujcovny 6. After check-out, you can store your luggage at our office. If you need a transfer, please order it in advance.
TRAIN
It takes 3 min of walking to get to our office from the Main Train Station.
PARKING
If you come to Prague by car, you have 4 good parking options:
1) Booking a garage online. It's cheaper than street parking in Prague 1. Search for mrparkit, they have best prices in Prague. They vary 11-25€/day.
2) Parking on the WHITE lines on the street (so-called violet zones). For Prague 1 the price is about 25 €/day and you could pay max for 16 hours (1,5 €/hr 8:00-24:00, from 24:00 to 8:00 parking is free). For Prague 2,3 the price is 1,2-1,3 €/hr and the parking is usually free on weekends and nights (free from 18:00/20:00 till 8:00). Parking in Prague 2 and Prague 3 is indicated in our colored map of Prague, which you will receive upon arrival.

3) "Park and Ride" away from the city center - guarded parking near subway stations. Prices are 5-6€.
4) The last option - parking several metro stops away from the city center on the street free of charge and unsupervised.

Situated on the second floor of the apartment building, the 63 m2 unit features a designer interior encompassing an entrance hall, spacious living room with a kitchen (equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher), dining area, bathroom, stylish bedroom, dressing room, and a separate toilet. The apartment also includes a balcony.
This sought-after location is comprised of residential buildings and provides excellent transport options. The Karlovo náměstí metro station is just 2 minutes away by tram, while the city ring is reachable by car in 7 minutes. Václav Havel Airport is accessible in 27 minutes, and the Nový Smíchov Shopping and Entertainment Centre is a quick 8-minute drive. Nearby amenities include local shops, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, playgrounds, and a post office. For leisure activities, there are an outdoor gym, tennis courts, and cycling paths. You can also enjoy walks in parks such as the Park Under the Walls, Vyšehrad, Lumír, Štulc, or Karlachovy orchards, or visit the embankment, Vyšehrad Fortress with its Romanesque rotunda, theatre, casemates, and the Slavin.
Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!
Please be aware that bed sheets and towels are not included in the rental. However, we do offer high-quality hotel linens (made of Egyptian cotton) for an additional fee of €60. This fee covers the replacement of the linens and towels every two weeks, as well as a complimentary cleaning service. If you opt for this service, there will be a charge of €60 for each bi-weekly cleaning throughout your entire stay, which must be paid in advance.
If you would like to upgrade to hotel-quality linens and towels, kindly let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in. Also please note that the bi-weekly cleaning cancellations cannot be made once your stay begins. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra).
Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax.
Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.
