This elegant private room in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lyon is a perfect combination of comfort and design. It comes with plenty of household equipment, including a double bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your luggage to make this place your own! The room has a security lock if you want to close it. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is strategically located in the "Prefecture" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. A lot of shops, public transports, restaurants are available near at hand. The apartment is on floor #2 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and includes a complete kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, kitchen ustensils, pans, microwave, kettle, toaster... The flat also has a clothes rack, an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine. You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: broom, bagless hoover, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: household waste tax, electricity, housing insurance, water, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
The beating heart of the Préfecture neighbourhood in the 3rd arrondissement is the place Guichard which hosts every weekend a fruit-and-veg market. Decorating the square with its colourful mural is the impressive Bourse du Travail, former trade union centre converted into theatre and concert hall. The area, where this superb furnished flatshare is located, is brought to life by its many charming little squares bordered by popular cafés, bars, restaurants and brasseries – if a night in is more your thing, grab some freshly-prepared delicacies from the famous Halles Paul Bocuse. Situated next to the Quais du Rhône neighbourhood, you have immediate access to its many barges, bars and restaurants as well as leisure activites (outdoor pool, skatepark, football and pétanque fields). Just a few minutes’ walk east is Part Dieu, Lyon’s business district, which accommodates one of Europe’s biggest shopping centres and the city’s main transport hub (trains, buses, trams, subway, airport shuttle...).
