The apartment has been newly renovated, it comes fully furnished and features high ceilings that give the area a roomy and fresh feeling, large windows that brighten the living spaces, stylish decoration, designer furniture of very high quality (especially the bed and the sofa), a washing machine, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen for the avid cooks and a small dining corner (3rd floor) - in other words, a wonderful place to call home :)
In the bedroom you'll find a comfortable double bed ensuring a great night of sleep, a large closet providing plenty of room for your clothes, a desk perfect for studying or reading in peace. In the living room there is a sofa with smart TV with easy access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
The neighbourhood is calm and quiet. The area is highly residential, so the surroundings are perfect for relaxing strolls. The subway station U3 Schweglerstraße is right around the corner and takes you into the city center in 10 minutes. You can get easily around with public transport in all of Vienna with the subway, trams and buses close to the apartment. Within walking distance, you will be able to reach popular restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and everything you'll need to live comfortably!

WC und Badezimmer mit Dusche, des weiteren ist eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer vorhanden.

Die Terrasse liegt in den ruhigen Innenhof.
Das Gebäude selbst wurde 1870 errichtet und befindet sich in der Herminengasse in einer Sackgasse direkt beim Donaukanal (Grünerholungsgebiet). In unmittelbarer Nähe sind die U-Bahnstation Schottenring, U2, U4 gelegen, und in nur wenigen Gehminuten kann der 1. Bezirk erreich werden. Das Apartment, sowie das Gebäude selbst wurden in den letzten Jahren frisch renoviert.

Our beautiful, cozy apartment, which has been completely renovated and rebuilt, is located in the 18th district, one of the city's top districts. The streetcar takes you directly to the city center in just a few minutes and the Volksoper is just a few minutes' walk away. The location around the apartment has a lot to offer - the Kutsckermarkt and Johann-Nepomuk-Vogl-Markt are in the immediate vicinity, as are parks and a variety of restaurants and cafés. All shopping facilities are also within walking distance.
The 18th district is a mix of quiet green oases, hip charm and wonderful architecture. Kutschkermarkt (450m): young and old meet on the Kutschkermarkt. Whether market stalls for everyday shopping or market stalls that have been awarded the title "pleasure store" - culinary delights are the top priority here. There are mainly seasonal products.
