The apartment is located within perfect infrastructure right next to Rennweg and the castle Belvedere.
The room is fully furnished and all the essentials you need are provided already.
Renovated, fully equipped with vacum cleaner, washing mashine, dish washer etc.

The flat is located on the first (lift) floor of a new building (2015). It has a floor space of 73 m2 and consists of the following rooms:

The location is 2 minutes from U1 metro station "Keplerplatz" which provides easy access to many of Vienna's top attractions, such as St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Hofburg Palace, and the Vienna State Opera.

from November 1st 2024 onwards there is one room available (for students only!) in a beautiful shared student apartment in the 3. district of Vienna, on Barmherzigengasse.
The room is furnished with a bed, a desk+chair and a wardrobe. Each room can be locked seperately. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen, 2 shared bathroom with showers and toilets.
The contract for the room is for 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice, by the end of February, AUgust or September.
The rent is EUR 330,- pr month plus an additional EUR 60,- per month for utilities (heating, electricity, internet). So in total it is EUR 390,-
The deposit is EUR 780,-
There are no pets allowed and also no smoking inside the apartment.

Country Style meets City Center
Die Lage der Wohnung ist großartig. Sie liegt mitten in der City sehr Nahe von Stephansdom und dem Erholungsgebiet Wiener Prater, dass viel grün bietet.
Diese Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße im dritten Stock ohne Lift. Die Küche hat leichte Gebauchsspuren, die meisten Möbel sind so gut wie neu. Das Internet ist gratis dabei. Zusätzlich befindet sich am Gang ein Raum mit ca. 2 Quatratmeter, gleich um die Ecke der Wohnung, in dem du eine Waschmaschine nur für dich findest.
The location of the apartment is great. It is located in the middle of the city, very close to St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Vienna Prater recreation area, which offers lots of greenery.
This apartment is on a quiet street on the third floor without an elevator. The kitchen has slight signs of wear, most of the furniture is as good as new. The internet is free. In addition, there is a room in the hallway measuring approx. 2 square meters, just around the corner of the apartment, where you will find a washing machine just for you.
