If you want to travel more by underground, the U6 station Burggasse and the U3 station Schwegler Straße are only 700 metres away.
The famous St. Stephen's Cathedral is therefore only 15 minutes away by public transport.

We are looking for new tenant from September15h onwards. For stundetns only!

The bedroom is about 15 m2 (See room nr. 4 in floor plan)
The rent is EUR 500,- per month plus an additional EUR 60,- for utilities per month.
The deposit is EUR 1120,-
The contract for the room is for a period of 3 years, but can be cancelled by the tenant after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2 months notice. If, for any reason, you want to cancel your contract earlier this would be possible if you find a replacement student, who we agree with, to rent the room as you move out.
