The completely furnished and renovated flat is composed of an entrance hall with a clothes cupboard, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and 2 cooking rings) and a double bed. There is too a big private bathroom (16m2) with a shower and a toilet.
In addition to this beautiful private flat, you can enjoy, if you want, a beautiful common space on the first floor to share in co living with the other occupants of the house.
The common area and the stairs are cleaned weekly by our team.
A spacious common area and a fully equipped kitchen, 1 fridge, 1 freezer, sufficient crockery and cutlery, a dishwasher, lockers that you can privatize.
There is too a lounge area with a TV and a little kitchen with a fridge, a coffee machine and a soda stream. You can share an aperitif watching TV.

Modern and fully furnished 50 m2 duplex studio in Ixelles at 10 min from the EU institutions and Place Flagey.
The neighbourhood is lively with shops, restaurants and very convenient transport (bus 95 and tram 81 stop next to the house, direct suburban train to Brussels-Luxembourg).
The flat is located at the 3d floor (without elevator) and has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave, washing machine cutlery and pans. TV and Broadband wifi internet are provided as well.
The rent is 800 euros + 150 euros lump sum for the charges (including internet).
The minimum rent period is 6 months.
