Below some info about the brand new apartment in Via Valotti, n. 22.
The apartment is under renovation, so you will have the opportunity to find a whole new mattress, and a room with newly purchased furniture.
The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the University of Brescia, just 15 minutes away from Borgo Trento. The apartment is also 15 minutes from the Accademia di Belle Arti Santa Giulia.
The area is really well served and very quiet, a short walk there is the famous pastry shop
Bosco Corsica in Via Triumplina, the bowling "Leonessa" for evenings in company, but also restaurants, bakers and pubs.
Just 5 minutes from the apartment there is the Supermarket Conad, and always opposite there is the Metro Mompiano. In Via Triumplina, next to the bakery, there is the bus stop, where lines 7 and 10 pass.

The price of the room, includes 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes:
- All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating)
- All the expenses for the condominium
- Unlimited Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need
You will also have a (hidden) group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager. We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything 😊
