Upon entering the apartment we find a corridor, which distributes the different rooms. On the left is the first bedroom, equipped with a 1.05 x 1.90 m single bed and a built-in wardrobe. From this bedroom we can go out to the first of the 2 private terraces of the apartment, which has garden furniture. Next to this bedroom we find the complete bathroom with shower.
Continuing down the corridor we reach the living-dining room, with a 1.50 x 2 m sofa-bed, side table, Smart TV and dining table with capacity for 4 people. From the living room we can go out to the second private terrace of the apartment, which also has outdoor furniture. This terrace overlooks the community pool of the building. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary utensils.
From the living room we can access the master bedroom, which has a 1.50 x 2.00 m double bed and a built-in wardrobe. From this bedroom we can also go out to the first terrace of the apartment.
The building has a community pool open from March to November for the exclusive use of guests. In addition, the building has a private garage with capacity for one car per apartment.

It is a very bright studio. The access to the studio is directly through the large private garden, entering from the common areas of the building. The garden is fully furnished with outdoor furniture.

Cozy and modern two-bedroom apartment with views of the Roman Temple, located in the heart of the historic center of Córdoba. The apartment has been decorated with great detail.
Upon entering the apartment we find a small hall that leads to the corridor of the accommodation, where we find a complete bathroom with shower and the kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay an unforgettable experience.
At the end of said corridor is the living room that has a Smart TV, side table, sofa, chairs and dining table with capacity for up to 4 people, from the living room we access the balcony that has outdoor furniture and from which we can enjoy views of the Roman Temple.

It is very spacious, with 4 single rooms and two bathrooms. One of the rooms has a private bathroom, which will be used exclusively by the student who occupies it, while the other bathroom will be shared between the other three rooms. The main living room is very spacious, with modern furniture purchased from Ikea and an outdoor balcony.
