The saying is, less is more; and this cozy flat depicts that simplicity with style. The flat is very quiet as it faces two garden courtyards. As you enter the flat, to the left, you will find the separated kitchen, which is rare now, as most small apartments have an open-concept layout. The kitchen has everything you need to make a nice homecooked French meal and there is even a wine cooler! The second left, you will find the bedroom with a King size bed. Another rare gem is the built-in closets making it more comfortable for your long-term stay. Ensuite, you will find the full bathroom composed of a shower, toilet and sink. Opposite of the bedroom, you will in the spacious living room with a dining area. The living room has a comfortable sofa, arm chair, and cable TV. There is a large sliding-glass door allowing for plenty of natural light to enter. The dining area has a table that can comfortably sit two people. This apartment has everything you need to make your long-stay comfortable; your home away from home.We only accept one-month bookings during the summer months. From January to March, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 6 months.Once the booking is confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the owner the following documents: Copy of passport, proof of address, reason for stay, proof of this reason for stay, a Garantme eligibility certificate.
