The location is on a residential street, around the corner from the Arts/Loi metro station. All rooms are for single use, non-smoking, young professionals with EU work permit. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped. All rooms have a private bathroom. The souterrain contains a large fully equipped common kitchen and a small kitchen to use privately. In the buanderie you find the washer, dryer and ironing equipment. On the ground floor, you have access to an enclosed, quiet city garden of 250 square meters!
Room 3 is on the first floor, garden side. It is 30 square meters with very high ceilings. It has a private bathroom of 4 square meters, just outside the main room. Both can be locked individually.
All rooms come with an extra monthly charge of EUR 175 to cover the costs of many extras; furniture, bedding, towels, functioning television (tv channels or Netflix) in each room, high-speed internet, gas, water, electricity, insurance, regular cleaning, even toilet paper, kitchen towels and garbage recycling included.
