This residential area is well known for its safety and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking in the area is difficult but buses & metro are a couple of minutes away. This residential street is calm (one-way street) and leads on to place St Josse and it's many shops and restaurants favored by the EU community.

This building houses studios and 3 small apartments recently renovated, each completely furnished with its own bathroom, kitchen unit and high speed Internet connection. Two shared lounges with a table and chairs and sofas are available to the tenants in the studios. Common areas are cleaned once a week. There are excellent tram and bus connections, and the house (located in 1000 Brussels) is a short 7 minutes walk to Schuman metro station and the EU Commission (via Square Ambiorix that is 100 meters away), or alternatively to Madou metro station. This quiet residential area (one way street) is well known for its safety and its closeness to the European district and the city centre. Parking is generally not a problem during the day.
Please be aware that the rent is different for shorter contracts (1/2 months and 3/4 months). Feel free to ask me for more informations.
Studios are 20m2, have a private kitchen/bathroom, wifi connection.

ABOUT THE BOOKING
We send you the contract after the booking on the platform and you need to read it and sign it within 48h.
We hold the right to cancel your booking if we don't receive the contract on time.
The contract goes until the end of the month and starts at the beginning of the month.
