In addition, each apartment is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, closet and a comfortable armchair.
The following places of interest are nearby: Tram stop Josefkirche directly in front of the front door; Technical University about 15 minutes’ walk; Augarten about 7 minutes’ walk; University of Graz approx. 8 minutes by bike.

The new built apartment is located in the west side of the center of Graz. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk away from the famous town (Hauptplatz) hall square, also the Kunsthaus, the Murinsel.
There is also very good infrastructure. The next public transportation (Südtirolerplatz) is 300 Meter from the apartment located. Next to the apartment are shops, parks, doctors and a lot of public space.
The Building was built in 2020. The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator with beautiful view through the skyline of Graz. The apartment has 54 m2 and a big balcony with 21 m2. The apartment impresses with a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a office, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilette.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size double bed and a wardrobe.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a table with 4 chairs, cable TV, a TV with RGB and HDMI connection, Internet (WIFI).
The office is furnished with a really nice desk and enough space for Home Office or to study.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen includes a stove, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker, dishwasher and all table/kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with an elegant washstand, a mirrored cabinet and a walk-in shower. Towels are provided.
It is also possible to rent a parking lot in Garage of the building.

A flat with double bed and very bright kitchen and balcony is available just 8 minutes walk to the main train station (Graz Hbf) and 20 minutes walk to the old Graz city center. It is also very close to FH JOANNEUM (15 mins by foot) and both KFU and TU Graz are easily reachable by public transport (30 mins). All your shopping needs can be carried out at BilaPlus and Spar at the main train station which are also open on Sundays. As far as entertainment is concerned the apartment is also just 10 minutes walk to the popular Postgarage night club. The apartment is fully furnished, has central heating, a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom , a washer and lots of space to store your things.

Our house is located at the end of a dead-end road in ideal location in greenfield areas, but nevertheless near the city center of Graz. In the surroundings there are grocery stores, a shopping center, some banks and public transport possibilities. We are easy to reach due to the proximity of our house to the main train station, the local transport traffic junction Don Bosco, the motorway and the airport.
