Through the living room you have access to a spacious bedroom with a box spring set of 180 x 200.
The bathroom and the second bedroom can be reached through the living room. The luxuriously finished bathroom has a rain shower, design radiator and a sink with base cabinet.

In het huis wonen in totaal 6 werkende mensen en studenten. Daarbij gelden huisregels om bewoning voor iedereen aangenaam te houden. Roken en (Soft)drugs zijn verboden in het hele gebouw.

The room is located on the top floor of the SSH Upsilon building about 5 minutes from Zernike Campus and available from May 1st to July 26. The rent is 604.67€ inkl. for a 13m2 room with your own bathroom (this includes a shower, toilet and sink). In the room itself, you have a bed, desk, chair and desk lamp, closet, bookcase, regular lamp and armchair (not in the pictures). The kitchen has two stoves and sinks on either side, three refrigerators, one freezer, a dining table, a couch, an air fryer and an oven. The latter two we bought together! Yes, you share the kitchen with 6 other people (two girls, and four boys) BUT it's honestly not that bad and everyone is very nice. You have multiple washing machines and dryers downstairs in the lobby and the general areas, including the apartment hallways, are cleaned regularly by a cleaning company. There are a bunch of bike sheds free to use for tenants in the courtyard where you can also park a car if you have one and the Winkelcentrum Paddepoel is right next door and has all the stores one needs!
