Je loue plusieurs chambres dans un bel appartement partagé de 120m2, occupé par des personnes en poste, stage ou alternance. Appartement convivial mais calme, colocataires français et internationaux.
La chambre est équipée d'un lit double, d'un bureau avec sa chaise, d'une armoire, de volets + rideaux et est décorée avec goût.
Les parties communes de l'appartement comprennent une cuisine tout équipée, une pièce de vie (petit salon-salle à manger), une salle de bains avec douche et baignoire, une salle d'eau avec douche, et des WC séparés.
Loyer tout inclus (chauffage, électricité, internet, assurance habitation...), notamment le ménage des parties communes.
Tout le mobilier et l'équipement sont neufs.

The room has a door latch if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is strategically located in the "Place d'Italie" neighborhood, in the heart of Paris. Many shops, restaurants, public transports are located near at hand. The apartment is on floor #12 . It is ready-to-live-in and includes a complete kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, pans, kettle, kitchen ustensils, crockery... The flat also has an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron, a washing machine. You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, broom, bagless hoover... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: water, condominium fees, electricity, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, housing insurance. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for six.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
