Lovely double bedroom in renovated apartment 10 min walk into the cultural centre of Valencia and 20 min historic walk to the catholic university. Be close to amazing Central Park and close to tram stop to Valencia university Blasco Ibáñez. The landlord is British and will be staying until mid November in the third bedroom. The other student room will only be rented to a postgraduate. The location is quiet and perfect for study unlike the old town a short walk away which can be very noisy at night.
