El piso está muy céntrico, está a 5 minutos de la catedral, a 3 minutos de paradas de autobuses, la zona está muy bien comunicada y tiene muchos servicios. La habitación tiene llave individual y silla de estudio muy cómoda (es muy importante). La casa es confortable y está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar, el frigorífico es grande, hay vitrocerámica y el calentador es eléctrico. Va incluida la ropa de cama. Los gastos mensuales son 30 euros y son: agua, luz, comunidad y wifi. En el piso hay 3 habitaciones y espacios comunes: cocina, baño y lavadero.Como es una 4a planta hay buena luz. Busco personas responsables, respetuosas, limpias y no fumadoras. No se permiten fiestas. Como propietaria ofrezco disponibilidad para lo que necesites.

- The rent must be paid between days 10 and 15 of the previous months. Never later.

I have rented rooms several times and I always enjoy the company of students: American, Canadian, Malaysian, Argentine, German, etc. If you want to learn Spanish I am always ready for a good cup of tea :)
I have a four-bedroom apartment in the center of Murcia. I live alone and I rent two rooms to student girls. Therefore a room is always empty. The apartment has two toilets, one for me and the other to share (completely renovated) between the two student girls who rent the 2 rooms.
I would like to rent for four months (exchange period at the University of Murcia) although everything is negotiable.
Electricity and gas is not included in the rent, which is usually between 10 and 15 euros per month.

Fantástico apartamento en una ubicación inmejorable, muy cerca de la Catedral. Está pensado para estudiantes y ubicado en una planta de un edificio donde se encuentran más estudiantes en apartamentos similares; cuenta con baño y aseo, salón cocina y dormitorio independiente, totalmente amueblado y equipado (aire acondicionado frío/calor, ventanas de climalit, microondas, lavadora/secadora...) En el precio se incluye el agua, el internet y la comunidad.
