The house is charming and dates from 1890. There is a lovely mature west facing garden and terrace. The neighborhood is gorgeous with Heurigen (wine restaurants) nearby, and a 10 min walk to Perchtoldsdorf shops and central plaza. The house has a practical kitchen, extra shower area and toilet, two bedrooms and a living room opening out to the garden downstairs. Upstairs there is an amazing, large open beamed living area, with wood burning stove and high ceiling, a nice bedroom and a family bathroom.
