Each room is equipped with a desk, wardrobe, shower and sink.
The living room has a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, induction hob and microwave, and a table allowing meals to be taken by 3 people. With a surface area of 12m2, there are also the toilets and a large storage room with a laundry area with washing machine and drying rack.
Located in a green and wooded residential area, this tastefully renovated living space is ideal for students, traveling by feet and public transport (it is not possible to park a car near the house). As the flat is at the top floor of our own house, we are really close if there is an issue.. We are a familly, with 2 little girls (3 and 6 years old).
Ideally located, close to the tramway (300 m from the Villa Cavroix stop) and Roubaix schools, in particular EDHEC, ENSAIT, IFSI, UFR, ESMOD and others, ...
The rent is a monthly rent, first month has to be paid trough the website, and the next directly hand by hand, 1st day of the month. All charge (electricity, water, wifi) are included in the price.
The deposit is paid trough the website also. It will be restore at the end of the renting.
It is not possible to rent the rooms individually. If the tenants are not leaving at the same date, the deposit will be restituted in one time, at the leaving of the last tenants.
