A modern studio apartment is available to rent in Brussels's historic city center. The apartment has a spacious main room, where you'll find a cozy couch, a wall-mounted TV, and a small dining table. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook up a storm, including an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher for easy clean up.
The bedroom is nicely divided from the main room, and it is well-furnished with a large double bed. The bathroom is modern, and it has a sizeable shower and a washing machine.
You'll be living in Brussels's historic city center, just a short walk from the iconic Grand Place and Bourse. You'll have it all here-- restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, and monuments are on every corner around the apartment. And, with a Metro station just down the street, you'll never be far from anything in Brussels!

Charges (135€) include water, electricity, heating, internet, insurance, cleaning and the maintenance of the house.
ABOUT THE BOOKING
We send you the contract after the booking on the platform and you need to read it and sign it within 48h.
We hold the right to cancel your booking if we don't receive the contract on time.
The contract goes until the end of the month and starts at the beginning of the month.

-Rents exclude utilities, mind that there're on average 135euros on top of the rent.
-Payment to HousingAnywhere now: first month’s rent + service fee of HousingAnywhere
