Lingerie av(hidden)ve-linge-sèche-linge partagée à trois studios. Idéalement placé à côté du métro Annessens, à 7 minutes à pied de la Grand Place de Bruxelles et 10 minutes à pied de la Gare du Midi. Equipé avec vaisselle et ustensiles et meubles de qualité, seuls les draps de lit et serviettes de bain sont à prévoir.
Pour une location supérieure à six mois, le studio est à louer 950 euros par mois dont 100 euros de charges fixes comprenant les communs et l'utilisation de la lingerie, ainsi qu'un ménage mensuel obligatoire de 2 heures dans le studio. Par ailleurs, sont incluses dans ces charges la consommation d'eau et l'assurance incendie que doit habituellement payer le locataire.
