This is a 80 sq/meter,charming, one bedroom ground floor apartment in a very nice neighborhood, with a modern & eclectic style. The apartment is amazingly designed, fully furnished with everything you need, beautiful open space that opens on a green patio. Being on the ground floor, facing north, you have no sunlight, except a bit in the morning. If a lot of natural light is a must for you, it won't suit you.
There is one double bedroom, one bathroom, a living room, dining room, kitchen and office area with a desk. The only rooms that have doors are the bedroom and the bathroom.
One extra bed (single) in the living room, for guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle,...
