Espaces communs spacieux ( salon, salle à manger, cuisine, buanderie), 9 chambres et 5 salles de bains. Les colocataires sont principalement des master et jeunes actifs de tous les pays d'Europe.
Les charges comprennent eau, électricité, chauffage, internet, assurances, nettoyage hebdomadaire de toute la maison.
N'hésitez pas à m'envoyer une demande de réservation avec une courte description de vous (occupation, age, nationalité etc) et j'accepterai votre demande avec plaisir si vous correspondez à la colocation.

Important Info:
-Rents exclude utilities, mind that there're on average 135euros on top of the rent.

The 3-floor building with 20 bedrooms, a triple glazing, and central heating with individual thermostatic valves. The offered room is equipped with a single bed. You will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with other tenants on your floor.
