Wireless internet is included in the rent. There’s also a washing machine and dryer( in the bathroom ) at the deposal off the tenants.
You also have to pay for the inventory in AND out of your room which is done by an independent expert office Ageci .
This flat is a girls flat only, so not mixed and not possible for a male tenant .
